ABOUT THE FUND

On the surface it appears simple – the community supports, and shluchim provide – but the equation does not always add up so perfectly. And while the contributions recede further, the Shluchim struggle to surge forward – and survive.

The Shluchim Fund was created to help Shluchim with their day-to-day financial burdens. It may seem shocking, but there are countless Shluchim who literally do not have the means to provide their families with food and clothing, let alone a decent car or the ability to send their children to summer camp. Homes are being foreclosed and utilities shut off. It is not just the big expenses of fundamental programs that they cannot afford; it is the bills of basic necessities that are not being covered.

The requests for assistance are constant and growing. We cannot stand by idly while our Shluchim are struggling to survive on the front lines! Brothers, friends, please help support our Shluchim. It is heartbreaking to turn down a Shliach due to an empty fund. Click here to make a difference.
